INCONTINENCE

 

What is Incontinence?

 

Incontinence is the inability to control the release of urine from the bladder, or faeces from the bowels.

Urinary incontinence can occur during physical movement (coughing, sneezing, exercising),

(stress incontinence) or in sleep (urge incontinence), it may be mixed (stress and urge)

or functional (physical disability, external obstacles), or because of a full bladder (overflow).

What is the treatment for Incontinence?

and bladder training can strengthen the urinary sphincter and pelvic floor muscles.

Pulsating magnetic fields delivered in the seat of a chair are aimed at the pelvic floor muscles to contract and relax.
